Faith Direct recognizes that a successful program requires a multi-pronged approach to reach out to your parishioners so information about the program can be communicated in a manner with which they are comfortable.  Parishioners can enroll via several methods:

Personalized Direct Mail Communications Our customized enrollment packages are sent directly to your parishioners on behalf of the parish, including personalized letters and emails, enrollment forms, and postage-paid return envelopes.  All enrolled parishioners also receive acknowledgement letters with Faith Direct Offertory Cards which they may use during parish services as a sign of their stewardship.

Online Our secure online enrollment is customized to provide a unique enrollment form for every parish, integrating existing parish logos to provide parishioners with a fluid enrollment process.  Our online account management system gives parishioners the ability to update personal information, manage donations, change payment information, view and download a monthly giving schedule and annual tax statements, request additional offertory cards, and much more.  Faith Direct also sends monthly email reminders to parishioners detailing their upcoming gift.

In-Pew Enrollment Brochure Our In-pew enrollment brochure conveniently includes FAQs, a customized enrollment form and an attached postage-paid return envelope. This is an easy way to continue to promote the program to your parishioners.
