We collect confidential information that includes enrollee and church name, address, email address, phone number, bank or credit card account information and donation amount(s). Faith Direct will not make any copies of this confidential information, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the intended and approved purpose of the stated program. All of this is information that you provide when you enroll in the Faith Direct program and is necessary to provide our service on a consistent and reliable basis.
How Do We Use Your Information?
Faith Direct uses your information to facilitate secure, authorized transactions between you and the organization to which you are giving. We will only disclose information necessary to fulfill contractual obligations with your organization. This information includes enrollee and church name, address, email address, phone number, bank or credit card account information and donation amount(s). Faith Direct will not rent, sell, exchange or lend enrollee or church information to any other organization except to provide products or services you’ve requested. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our potential, current or former customers unless allowed or required by law.

Faith Direct maintains your personal information in a PCI Level 1 compliant environment. We maintain state-of-the-art electronic systems to protect your information from all types of threats. Your personal information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is only available to those who need it in order to provide products or services to you. Individuals who have access to your personal information are required to keep it strictly confidential. We provide training to our employees about the importance of protecting the privacy of your information.
