Customer Service Agent

Our team is looking for a qualified customer focused individual who can help resolve customer needs in a timely manner.  This full-time position requires you to be self-motivated with a desire to serve our nationwide donor base and church clients. Great teamwork attitude and work ethic required, and rewarded with great benefits and growth potential. 
 
Key Requirements:
  • History of successful customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English
  • Friendly demeanor both on the Phone and Email/Chat
Responsibilities
Customer Service Account Specialist will serve on a team of individuals responding to inbound phone calls, emails and chats from donors and church clients. In addition, duties will include but are not limited to, the following:
  • Answer Faith Direct phone line to assist donors and church clients
  • Respond to chat & email inquiries from donors and church clients
  • Update database application records as needed and record changes to accounts
  • Set up new accounts and clients in application database
  • Support on client communications as needed
  • Print and ship program materials to church clients

Compensation

Client Care Specialist

Our team is looking for a qualified customer focused individual who can help resolve customer needs in a timely manner.  Candidate should be a problem solver, have strong analytical skills, and technical skills are a must.  College degree is requirement.  

While experience is a plus, relevant course work/internships will be considered.   Great teamwork attitude and work ethic required, and rewarded with great benefits and growth potential.

  • History of successful customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English
  • Friendly demeanor both on the Phone and Email/Chat
  • Experience in navigating software/applications with which they may not be familiar – troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
Client Care Specialist will serve on a team of individuals responding to inbound phone calls, emails and chats from donors and church clients. This individual will need to be technically savvy to help church clients navigate and fully utilize the Faith Direct application.  In addition, duties will include but are not limited to, the following:
  • Work with Operations Manager on monthly reporting of contributions to client churches
  • Provide reporting on a variety of program features to management
  • Respond to church client inquiries regarding Faith Direct program and systems
  • Provide support to Sales and CSR Teams as needed, including donor customer service
  • Update database application records as needed and record changes to accounts
  • Support on client communications with Email Service Provider sites – Mail Chimp & Salesforce Pardot
